@pantoken/bootstrap — theme Bootstrap 5 with Instructure tokens.

Points Bootstrap's --bs-* CSS variables at var(--instui-*). Drop it in alongside @pantoken/css and Bootstrap components adopt the Instructure look while keeping theming through the same custom properties.
