@pantoken/storybook — a Storybook theme built from Instructure tokens.

pantokenStorybookTheme returns a plain ThemeVars-shaped object (so @storybook/theming stays an optional peer) with colours resolved concretely from the IR. Pass it to Storybook's manager/preview theme.
