Function: initInPlaceEdit()

initInPlaceEdit(host, dispatchOn): void

Wire a contenteditable field for click-to-edit commit/revert behaviour. Enter commits, Escape reverts; blur also commits if the value changed. Fires a bubbling change CustomEvent with detail.value on commit.
